Lance Davis

Lance is Les Bailey’s son-in-law and one of the Owners of Les Bailey & Associates. He has been working in Real Estate since getting licensed in 2006. Lance is passionate about working with Home Sellers and loves taking care of past client referrals. Lance grew up in Anchorage and graduated from East High School and attended the University of Alaska Anchorage. He and his wife reside in the Chugiak/Eagle River community.
Prior to joining Les Bailey & Associates Real Estate Team, Lance served our country for 5 years of active duty in the US Army and 1.5 years in the Army National Guard as a Korean Cryptologic Linguist. During his time in the US Army, Lance spent time overseas in Iraq and South Korea. In addition to speaking Korean, he also speaks Spanish fluently.

Growing up, he spent most of his time working alongside his father, who was a carpenter. Of course, that was when he wasn’t chasing salmon or trout with a fly rod in the nearby streams. Lance has a knowledgeable construction background, which is useful when working with clients to get the most money for their home. He attended the Star Power Systems Listing Specialization University, as well as, was the first Realtor in the state to obtain the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation from the Distressed Property Institute. Lance especially enjoys helping homeowners get their properties sold quickly, for the highest dollar amount, and with the least amount of hassle.
In his spare time Lance enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors whether it is hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, dip-netting, or just having a picnic. Lance is an avid outdoorsman and a bit of an adrenaline junky. He loves to ride snow machines (or snow mobiles as they say in the “Lower 48”), ATV’s or run up rivers in his airboat. Lance also volunteers for a local Boy Scouts of America Troop in Eagle River.
