Welcoming the Passionate and Driven Megan Jones!

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce and celebrate the amazing addition to the Les Bailey and Associates Team, Megan Jones! 

Megan joined our company at the end of August and wasted no time making an impact, closing her very first transaction last month. Her rapid success is no surprise to anyone who has witnessed her drive, knowledge, and dedication. 

Megan has spent the greater part of her career dedicated to client care, and it's clear her professional life is fueled by a genuine passion for helping people. This profound commitment shines through in every interaction, making her an incredible asset to our clients and our team. 

Her passion for people is evident not just in her work, but in her life outside the office. Megan gives generously of her time and energy to the community, especially its youth. As the President of the Chugiak High School Wrestling Booster Club and a member of the Chugach Eagles Wrestling Club, she is a dedicated champion for local athletes. She also mentors the next generation by volunteering in her church's youth program, working with kids aged 12 to 18. This spirit of service truly defines her. 

Outside of of work and volunteering, Megan loves spending quality time with her family. She can be found at kids' sporting events cheering on the sidelines, on hikes and fully embracing the adventurous Alaskan lifestyle. 

We are incredibly fortunate to have Megan Jones on our team. Her passion for people, her driven work ethic, and her deep commitment to both clients and community make her an invaluable member of Les Bailey and Associates.
